Hey hey y’all!
I have some newwww wedding photography to show you from the Memphis Botanic Gardens!
This one was really special because it was an amazing combo of Indian and American traditions, more so Indian than American. I loooooved all of the colors against the greenery at the Gardens, the traditional clothes, the jewelry…and of course the couple!! Meet Anne and Srikanth! It’s actually a funny story because we met at my friend’s birthday party AFTER they had already started talking to me about their wedding. They actually recognized me from my headshot on my site and introduced themselves. Memphis is such a small town…lol!
Anyways, I want to mention a few things about their wedding. Even if you are planning a Western ceremony, I think we can definitely incorporate some of these aspects! AKA: more bling, more colors…yes, please!!!!! And don’t forget the dancing! Ahhhh! Anne and her friend, William, even prepared a choreographed dance for her bridesmaids! It was ridiculously amazing!! The whole day was an awesome celebration!! I’m so glad I was there for their day! It’s my favorite part of being a photographer…hanging with my couples! I become so emotionally invested in their day, and now I’m sad it’s over! But anyways…
Enough of Maddie gushing. Let’s check out the photos!
Congrats again, Anne and Srikanth!
